Job Description



Job Descriptions
  • Manage standard pricing for Motorcycle (New, Used, Refinance) and Inventory Finance, and special campaign for partners, enterprise sales, motor show events, etc. to ensure profit optimization
  • Recommend course of actions to increase sales volume with optimal profitability by analyzing profitability analysis by products and segments, trend analysis, and market trend of motorcycle industry
  • Design benefit campaign schemes for dealers to ensure new volume and profitability trade-off, including dealer and extra commission schemes, volume program, incentive trip program, and special offer for selected dealers
  • Analyze the impact of the movement of cost of fund and loss rate on new volume profitability, and recommended pricing actions to maintain sum net income
  • Set floor rate to control and ensure that the actual interest rate is in line with the approved pricing
  • Develop pricing model for new products/features to recommend pricing and commission schemes in order to increase business opportunities
  • Monitor new volume performance to ensure price and profitability aligning with the target
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, risk management, finance, and insurance team to understand customer needs, market situation, portfolio performance, cost of fund movement in order to develop the optimal pricing and commission scheme in order to increase new volume and be competitive in the market
  • Do budget control and budget analysis to achieve higher productivity

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Finance or Business Administration with relevant majors
  • Minimum 5 years experience in an automotive environment
  • Excellent marketing management, communication, and computer skills
  • Advanced knowledge in PowerPoint, Excel, Photoshop
  • Highly responsible and eager to learn new things in the transforming automotive industry
