In this exciting role, you will

Marketing Research:

• Understand market dynamics by analyzing wide and complex set of information and performance metrics
• Conduct primary and/or secondary market research to identify trends, consumer preferences and predict emerging flavor trends
• Analyze customer's product portfolios and brand positioning to develop convincing flavour concepts and proposals for Tea & Coffee category, including the Food Service and QSR sector

Strategy Development & Execution:

• Develop and execute a marketing strategy for respective category and/or product range
• Build annual pipeline of proactivity in line with business needs and trends
• Design compelling value propositions tailored to specific market-technology pairings

Project Management:

• Manage daily-to-annual project flow and deliverables efficiently and effectively, within allocated time and budget
• Develop with our application team new concepts for the category
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of team goals
• Provide leadership and guidance to a marketing assistant, facilitating his/her professional development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferably in marketing, science, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in food science, international business, market research or relevant customer companies
• Excellent English and Thai language skills in written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, for creating professional presentations and analyzing data
• Proven creative and passionate for foods and beverages industries
• Customer-centric mindset
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal, problem-solving, adaptability, and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, and customers

Reporting Line

This position reports to the Beverage Category Director SEA, who is based at MANE Thailand (Bangkok)
