An exciting Media Manager (Hybrid Media, FMCG) (x 1 vacancy) job has just become available at one of the most respected global FMCG firms. Reporting directly to the Head of Digital Marketing, this is a role for a Media/Digital Marketing candidate who is a leader in their field.

About The Media Manager (Hybrid Media, FMCG) Role

In this business critical role you will be responsible for Integrated Media and Data strategy, fostering collaboration with brand teams. The salary range for this role is THB120k - 180k per month + provident fund + insurance

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead category holistic media and data strategy, covering comprehensive media planning from offline-online touchpoints
  • Act as a brand partner and consultant, instilling integrated media best practices within the category to optimise media investment
  • Collaborate with the communication team to align integrated media strategy with creative execution within marketing and brand building framework
  • Collaborating with brand teams and the media agency to ensure media transparency, efficiency, and effectiveness

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum four to five years experience preferably with end-to-end media strategy and planning (offline-online)
  • Experience in advanced measurement studies such as but not limited to, Marketing Mix Modelling, Match Panel Analysis Study, Brand lift studies, Sales lift Studies
  • Demonstrated successful development and implementation of media/CRM activities, preferably for FMCG brands
  • Experience in working cross functionally
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Strong project and change management as well as implementation skills
  • Sound knowledge of SEO/SEM, display, native, social, in app media
  • Experience in managing tech platforms such as Salesforce, DMP, CIAM, CMT, Google Analytics, Brightedge, Adverity.
