Shape the products that make a difference to our business
As a Melter, you will provide support for production and manufacturing for our Artificial Lifts operations. You'll oversee operational work ensuring pre-job checks and machine set-up are carried out safely. You will take ownership for producing high-quality products from initial production through to verification and completion.
As the Melter, you will be responsible for:
Setting up, monitoring and operating various piece of equipment associated with the manufacturing facility requirements - rewind, tapeline, packager, tape/braider, magline, plastic extruder, PCP injection.
Performing operation of multiple machines at one time and also include repair, patching or splicing cable.
Performing quality assurance activities as required by manufacturing/engineering specifications and ISO requirements.
Performing standardized duties and tasks in the setup and operation of casting and molding equipment used to produce or modify parts or products
Operating molds parts or melting or Pouring or sake out and grinding using casting equipment and ensures uniformity.
Operating and adjusting controls of heating equipment to melt material or pouring, or shakeout or modeling and other casting process. According.
Measuring ingredients and mixes molding or other casting material, to prescribed consistency according to formula & removing excess material and levels and smoothest casting mixture.
Reading work order or examining part to determine part or section of product to be produced.
Selecting size and type of mold according to instructions & performing other duties as assigned.

To be successful in this role you will:
Have Diploma with 2 years of relevant experience
Show ability to read and interpret routine instructions.
Show ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
Have good mechanical aptitude, use of general hand tools and precision measuring equipment.
Demonstrate ability to operate material moving equipment/overhead crane and/or obtained certification.
