Bridging British Education Virtual Academy (BBEVA) is affiliated with UK Double Wings International Ltd. The academy aims to provide high-quality international education to students whose first language is not English. BBEVA is a global international education provider and a leader in its field. Currently, BBEVA has channel users and students in mainland China, Hong Kong, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Australia, and Europe.

The Role

Your Responsibilities Will Inlude

  • Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff.
  • Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments.
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; and following up on work results.
  • Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; and identifying trends.
  • Maintains office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Maintains office staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Responsible for channel/client development, understanding market trends, devising strategic plans, expanding, and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, and establishing long-term, stable customer relations.
  • Explore customer/channel needs and potential, develop marketing plans using diverse market approaches, lead the team to achieve client sign-ups, and achieve business growth targets.
  • Establish and improve databases of potential clients or channels, actively develop internal and external resources, and follow up with prospective partners/clients.
  • Participate in other marketing activities, proactively develop channels, identify potential partners/clients, and develop referrals.
  • Participate in various training programs organised by the company to maintain proficiency in business and operating systems.
  • Collaborate with the team, complete additional tasks assigned by management, and contribute to the mutual improvement of personal and team values.
  • Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 2 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Professional Services, ideally within the Education industry.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder with strong communication skills
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
  • No educational restrictions, but candidates with a bachelor's degree or higher will be given preference.
  • Proficiency in both Thai and English communication. Chinese, Japanese, and Korean languages is a plus to be able to liaise effectively to different stakeholders across the region.
  • Excellent ability to expand client base, sales-oriented mindset, clear logical thinking, effective communication, and resource integration skills.
  • Self-driven and goal-oriented, with enthusiasm for work and a pioneering spirit.
  • Able to take on challenges and handle pressure, with excellent teamwork abilities.
