Get to know the Role
We are looking for an Operation Process Improvement & Project Lead to identify the improvement opportunities and lead team projects. The whole operations include driver partner onboarding process, telesale and admin team, Quality control, distribution channel for Grab driver gears, and also special projects. The position plays an important role to increase team efficiency, improve quality and journey of the process, and make the dream project come true to ensure Grab continuel leading not only front-end and also back-end!. Day-to-Day Activities

  • Working closely with related team to identify gap and opportunities align with key performance metrics

  • Conduct process mapping, analyze performance data, identify inefficiency gaps, recommend action plans & initiatives to improve operations throughput

  • Identify the parameters to track process improvements and create monitoring criteria. The parameters can include input and output criteria, training, testing, methodologies, reviews, etc.

  • Working with support function (procurement, finance, audit) to ensure the completion of projects and compliance of the team

  • Implement new projects from company direction including scope expansion in the future.

The Must Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or other related fields

  • Have basic PMO experience and background in operations is a plus

  • Have good communication skills, comfortable to work with internal and external team

  • Experienced in process improvement tools or automation is preferred

  • Have the Heart, Hunger, Honour and Humility required to work at Grab.

  • Proactive / learn fast and be able to adjust the way you work according to the direction of the company.

  • Ability to construct and deliver clear narrative and working plans.

  • Microsoft Office skills especially Excel which you will have to create working sheets and dashboard, providing analysis for improvement opportunities.

  • Ability to speak and write in Thai and English fluently.
