Operational Risk - NPI and New Project Assessment Manager

Job Description



Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of operational risk management aspects to identify, assess, measure and monitor operational risks including other relevant operational risk management initiatives
  • Review and assess operational risk for New Product/New Project Initiative to ensure that the appropriate control/risk mitigation is in place
  • Review and assess operational risk for new/significant process/control change to ensure that the appropriate control/risk mitigation is in place
  • Handle operational risk management ad-hoc
  • Give advice to business units related to operational risk management
  • Provide knowledge and training on the operational risk management to create awareness, understanding to all levels of employees

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of working experience with at least 5 years in operational risk management and a deep understanding of Consumer Finance/ Hire Purchase
  • Strongly Knowledgeable in organizational processes and control, regulations and operational risk / controller / audit
  • Good judgement, project management and strong analytical skills as well as the ability to work multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong comprehensiveness in Microsoft Office
  • Good communication in Thai and English
