Shape the products that make a difference to our business
As the Operator (Wax), you will provide support for production and manufacturing for our Artificial Lifts operations. You'll oversee operational work ensuring pre-job checks and machine set-up are carried out safely. You will take ownership for producing high-quality products from initial production through to verification and completion.
As the Operator (Wax), you will be responsible for:
Performing standardized duties and tasks in the setup and operation of casting and molding equipment used to produce or modify parts or products.
Filling mold with mixed material or applies material to mold to specified thickness & performing molds parts or products using casting equipment and ensures uniformity.
Operating and adjusting controls of heating equipment to melt material or to cure, dry or bake filled molds according to specifications & open mold and remove finished products.
Measuring ingredients and mixing molding or casting material or sealing compound, to prescribed consistency according to formula.
Assembling, inserting and adjusting wires, tubes, cores, fittings, rods, or patterns into mold, using hand tools and depth gauge.
Removing excess material and levels and smoothening mold mixture & loading or stacks filling molds in oven, drier, or curing box, or on storage racks or carts.
Reading work order or examining part to determine part or section of product to be produced & selecting size and type of mold according to instructions.
Performing other duties as assigned.

To be successful in this role you will:
Have Diploma with 1 year of relevant experience in casting or production
Have basic skills in mathematics and comprehension of weight/volume measurements.
Be able to applies basic and develops advance skill in procedures, techniques, tools, material and or equipment appropriate to the area of specialization.
Show ability to lift 70+ lbs. repetitively.

This role is a shift based working pattern. Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm/8pm to 5am
