Job Description

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Plan and execute SEO and paid media strategy to drive quality traffic to e-commerce platform, drive lead and conversion, increase customer spending and retention rate
  • Lead digital projects including social media, programmatic, display, etc. to drive online sales (e-commerce and MKP) while providing information/insights to support growth business plans
  • Plan/build/optimize budget allocation of PPC/social ads campaigns across all digital channels while ensuring traffic target goal & KPIs, strategy and action plans are achieved
  • Analyze site usability/effectiveness, along with monetization of media campaigns present actionable insights/recommendations based on data results and best practices. Initiate customer insight analysis/ trends/competitor gap potential analysis to identify new and innovative growth opportunities that will drive traffic and sales
  • Build and maintain profitable partnerships with both internal/external key stakeholders

Job Specification Required)

  • 5-8yrs work experience in similar position with track record/deep dive on growth marketing results.
  • Analytic and data driven/commercial minded.
  • BA in Business/Economics.
  • Strong analytics skills/Data driven based decision.
  • Commercial minded/growth marketing experience.
  • Pro-active/strong organizational skills /detailed oriented.
