Job Function: Production & Process Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing process engineers team to provide deliverables with quality and speed
- Process engineering document , Process Design Package (PDP) and Front End Engineering
- Design (FEED) with cost optimization (value engineering)
- RFQ's, evaluation of vendor's quotations, clarifications, Technical Bid Analysis
- Work with other functions for quality assurance, pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up and plant performance test
- Coordinating work with other team such as Process Technology, Operation and other discipline with goal alignment and value contribution
- Developing team competency and foreseen workforce planning as business need
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or related fields.
- Achieved a minimum GPA of 2.70 for undergraduate and 3.30 for post-graduate study
- Good communication in both spoken and written in English (required TOEIC at least 550)
- Minimum 10 years experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical design engineering.
- Technical skills:
- Experience in process leader of large scale project
- General knowledge of refinery or petrochemical processes and equipment
- Understanding of the interaction between process units is essential
- Process simulation such as HYSYS, PIPENET, ASPEN experience desirable
- Personal Attributes:
- Adaptive and systematic : Hard working, flexibility and energetic with a strong sense of urgency
- Managerial skill to drive team achievement ,having Leadership skill, Open and Feedback for self and team development
- Role model of collaboration, stakeholder engagement and growth mindset
