Job Description

To perform the daily P&L monitoring and exception reporting for the Global Markets business. This role will support the end to end Product Control scope, which includes:

  • Production of daily Profit and Loss (P&L) reports to monitor trading portfolio performance.

  • Perform analysis and attribution of portfolio P&L due to market movements.

  • P&L reconciliation against General Ledger.

  • Trade surveillance, including OMR monitoring, FX Global Code Monitoring, and Wash Trade Monitoring

  • Be a key contact point for GM P&L and valuation issues, interacting with Global Markets front office, Finance, Market Risk Managers and Group Head Office counterparts.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Risk Management, or a related discipline.

  • 3–6 years of experience in Product Control, Market Risk, Finance, Valuation Control, or Risk Management within Global Markets.

  • Practical understanding of traded products such as FX, rates, and derivatives is preferred.

  • Solid knowledge of P&L analysis, reconciliation, and valuation principles.

  • Experience working with trading systems, risk systems, or P&L reporting tools.

  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills; familiarity with automation or reporting tools is an advantage.

  • Strong attention to detail with a control and risk mindset.

  • Well‑organized, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic trading environment.
