What you'll achieve
As a Product Management Senior Advisor, you will identify new growth areas, technologies and emerging product/service opportunities. You will conduct in-depth market to optimize existing products/solutions and build next generation products, partnering closely with the Engineering and Product Management teams to build a product road map and align product strategies for the business.
PLM Roles and Responsibilities
  • Product Management

Primary Segment, Regional or Global point of contact (POC),Subject Matter Expert (SME),Manage products throughout their entire lifecycle
Clearly position partner domain-aligned solutions and how customers can benefit,Work with cross-functional teams (PG, Sales, Marketing etc.) to position partner solutions appropriately,Ensure proper positioning of partner products and solutions online where applicable
  • Business Management

Maximize the Product P&L including revenue and margin,Manage partner MDF budget to maximize ROI and revenue generation,Assist in development and execution of program events and spiffs,Track and report ROI on MDF spend, Spiffs and all events,Win/Loss,Pipeline Management, development and tracking
Provide operational support (order escalation, reporting, etc.),Coordinate with Partner Team to identify measurable each quarter and execute on activities,needed to achieve said goals,Execute quarterly business reviews, both internally and with Partners
  • Sales Engagement

Evangelize products / solutions with ESG and generalist sales community,Support field Sales AE, SE, SC, TSR, ISR and Services,Align partner and Dell field resources to drive new sales opportunities,Assist with customer facing conference calls & presentations,Promote and provide deal registrations,Manage quoting process and pricing guidance,Manage partner SKU catalog to ensure accuracy, properly maintain or inactive SKU's and provide part numbers to sales,Leverage SalesEdge (and other tools) for development and delivery of sales enablement tools,Support partner events including FRS, Solution Summit, Dell World, Lunch and Learns, Webinars, Team Meetings etc.
Coordinate and deliver training to Dell teams
Essential Requirements
  • Fluent in Chinese, English
  • Great ability to build good relationship with sales team,Strong organizational skills,Solid grasp of business goals as they relate to customer use cases and solutions,Excellence in understanding their products as well as potential partner relationships for the product
  • Self motivated and proactive,Positive attitude
  • Excellent technology/engineering skills relating to design, test and quality
  • Some travel involved

Desirable Requirements
  • Proven experience working on a world-class Power & Cooling products
  • 8 to 12 years of relevant experience
