About this internship

This role is within the Product Management organization. We are seeking a dynamic and creative Product Creative and Content Intern with a passion for video and content creation. This role is ideal for someone eager to apply their practical skills in a fast-paced startup environment.

As part of our product team, you will not only support the development and implementation of our content strategy but also play a key role in creating engaging video content and other creative assets. We're looking for a scrappy self-starter who can take initiative and drive projects forward independently, demonstrating a strong ability to get things done.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in creating, editing, and managing on-site and in-app content, with a particular focus on video production and content creation.
  • Take charge of designing and producing impactful creative assets, including infographics, short videos, and promotional materials, from concept to execution.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure content and design align with our product goals, user needs, and marketing strategies.
  • Contribute to maintaining content guidelines and best practices, with an emphasis on storytelling through video and visual content.
  • Engage in content audits, user research, and performance analytics to support the optimization of content effectiveness.
  • Embrace a scrappy, startup mindset to troubleshoot, innovate, and execute projects with resourcefulness and creativity.

Ideal qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a program in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on video production and content creation.
  • Demonstrable experience in video editing and content creation, with a portfolio or samples of work that showcase your skills and creativity.
  • Familiarity with design and video editing software (e.g.: Capcut, Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere).
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects to completion in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members across functions.
  • A passion for learning, with a keen interest in staying up to date with the latest trends in content creation, digital media, and technology.
