Job Description

A leading international company in the consumer technology industry is seeking a Product Marketing Manager (B2C) to drive product launch strategies, brand communication, and market expansion initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates with strong experience in Go-to-Market strategy, product marketing, and brand management within fast-paced consumer tech environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for new product launches, ensuring successful market penetration and sales performance.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams to manage product launch timelines, inventory planning, and marketing execution.
  • Develop compelling product positioning, key selling points (USPs), and sales enablement materials to support commercial teams.
  • Lead the creation and execution of content strategy and brand communication across social media, e-commerce platforms, and partner channels.
  • Manage marketing communication plans to strengthen brand awareness, customer engagement, and long-term brand loyalty.
  • Oversee creative direction and collaborate with design teams to ensure marketing materials align with brand guidelines.
  • Drive online and offline marketing campaigns, including events, seminars, training sessions, and promotional activities.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to optimize product and marketing strategies.
  • Support business expansion initiatives by developing targeted campaigns for both B2C and B2B customer segments.
  • Act as the key liaison between strategic planning and execution, ensuring alignment across multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Marketing
  • Strong background in B2C Consumer Electronics, Fast Consumer IT, or Technology products
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies
  • Strong understanding of brand communication, content strategy, digital marketing, and social media platforms
  • Ability to translate technical product features into compelling customer-focused messaging
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and consumer insights
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Good command of English communication (written and spoken)
