Job Description / Responsibilities
You will focus on creating innovative/digital products and services to integrate banking into customers usage, which contribute to the long-term strategy, the product vision, market trends and the identification of new opportunities. You will manage the product roadmap, design customer journeys, define requirements, own and meet product KPIs, and working with a cross-functional team through Product Development Lifecycle.
  • Conceptualize, develop, deploy, and commercialize a comprehensive suite of solutions that meet the needs of SME and Corporate Clients on behalf of KRUNGSRI.
  • Enable customers to interact with the bank through a complete range of online, automated and physical channels that complement each other.
  • Helps define transformational customer experience to create the fastest and simplest Commercial Customer experience for acquisition and onboarding driving toward the product roadmap to achieve desired level of change.
  • Identify opportunities while keeping a pulse on digital product trends and customer preferences.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholder and management on status, issues, risks, project goals and objectives.
  • Uses analytics to monitor product KPIs and ensure success metrics are being met, identifies opportunities for testing and product enhancements based on results.
  • Facilitate collaboration across organization to ensure product delivery lines up with standard of compliance and corporate strategy working with legal, risk, compliance, operations, design, and technology teams.
  • Own and drive the product development life cycle for assigned strategic projects to ensure customer experience and business objectives that are met from the point of project initiation, through discovery and concepting, definition, development, UAT, refinement and product launch.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in MBA, Computer Science, IT/MIS, IT Management or related fields.
  • Preferred 3-5 years of experiences in Financial Services, Banking, Fintech or IT Industry (or related fields).
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in digital product owner/manager, product management, business analyst or business consultant.
  • Strong knowledge and interest in current digital banking trends and future innovation.
  • Knowledge of Project Management and planning, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and IT Technology.
  • Understand current/changing business processes, participate in defining application and platform functionality.
  • Ability to quickly gain an understanding Digital Channels and its priorities while working in a matrixed environment.
  • Experience in running/leading project in IT's related development products & services.
  • Good verbal and written skills and ability to work well in cross-functional teams.
  • Good analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
