Coordinate end-to-end PMO activities to ensure the new Mega Facility goes live according to the planned timeline, including tracking milestones, risk management, and cross-team alignment
Manage multi-stakeholder collaboration across Operations, Warehouse, Facility, Automation/Engineering teams, Regional functions, vendors, and landlords to drive smooth project execution
Support layout planning, workflow design review, and process validation to ensure operational feasibility and long-term scalability of the new facility
Monitor construction, renovation, and equipment installation progress; highlight gaps and work with stakeholders to solve issues proactively
Coordinate machine improvement initiatives, including reviewing automation design, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing enhancements for throughput and efficiency
Support sourcing and evaluation of new facilities, including site assessment, operational requirement validation, and preliminary feasibility checks
Prepare project documentation and maintain project governance (meeting minutes, action logs, dashboards, and status reports)

Support performance improvement projects across main facility (SOC & RC) operations to enhance cost efficiency, throughput, and process reliability
Analyze key operational KPIs and identify improvement opportunities related to productivity, capacity, and equipment utilization
Develop and oversee the incentive schemes that drive operational efficiency
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Ops, Change management, Engineering) to execute improvement plans and ensure alignment with network strategy
Develop performance tracking tools, dashboards, and reports for management visibility
Conduct root cause analysis on performance gaps and propose corrective or preventive actions
Support PMO activities for ongoing improvement projects and track progress against key milestones
Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and cost modeling exercises to support investment decisions
Ensure compliance with operational standards and support the rollout of best practices across facilities
Requirements
Junior
Bachelor's Degree in any field - background in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related areas is a plus
0-3 years of experience in project management, operations improvement, facility/automation projects, or logistics operations
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to handle multiple parties in a fast-moving environment
Good understanding of logistics/warehouse processes or willingness to learn quickly
Analytical and structured thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
Ability to manage timelines, follow up on deliverables, and drive progress across functions
Comfortable working on-site at facilities during key phases (construction, installation, testing, go-live)
Strong communication skills and ability to present issues clearly with solutions
Proficiency in English and MS Office/Google Workplace tools is an advantage
Senior
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related technical field
4-7 years of experience in logistics operations, process improvement, or engineering project support (experience in e-commerce or express logistics preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (BI tools or SQL knowledge is an advantage)
Demonstrated experience in data-driven process improvement or operational analysis
Solid understanding of facility or equipment operations and workflow optimization
Strong coordination and communication skills with cross-functional teams
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and result-oriented mindset
Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
