As a Project Manager (Analysers), you will manage projects/order back log for analyser projects by project scheduling coordinates with customer, vendor, sales, service etc. for on time delivery and invoicing for Process Automation business area in Rayong, Thailand, managing project site work plan/schedule/technical issues for analyser by coordinating with customer, contractors, sales, and support teams. Reporting to Local division manager, you shall take lead in any coordination required for sourcing/logistics of items of projects Support sales team to complete commercial and technical document submission on time to complete invoicing process. Your responsibilities
  • Managing projects/order back log for analyser team for on time delivery and revenue and technically reviewing and confirming of project details with customer/factory/vendor and service
  • Identifying and managing contract risks taking preventive/corrective actions to resolve any contract/quality/program/cost issues and report any outstanding issues to management, along with recommendations for resolution
  • Managing coordination of service projects with factory and local teams for profitable and on time invoicing - work closely with project controller on reviews and timely issue resolution
  • Coordinating with finance controlling team to make sure compliance with ABB processes and take lead with project controller for monthly project reviews
  • Managing project site work plan/schedule for analyser projects by coordinating with customer, contractors, sales and support teams
  • Commercial and technical document submission on time to complete invoicing process
  • Owning CCRP for late deliveries or wrong shipments and follow up with factory in coordination with admin/logistics/sales support
Your background
  • 4-6 years project management experience
  • Min 5 years of Analyser (gas or process) sales /service experience
  • Experience in project management for small and large projects and product business deliveries with SAP knowledge/understanding
  • Bachelor of Science, engineering
  • Multi-tasking - Handling multiple issues from different factories
