A área fornece programas para melhorar a eficiência operacional, a consistência e a conformidade em apoio aos objetivos de negócios financeiros e táticos da organização. Fornece práticas e processos de negócios. Desenvolve, comunica e treina a organização em práticas e processos de negócios.
Buscamos especialista em conceitos de gerenciamento de projetos (pelo menos 5 anos trabalhando com métricas de projetos), desejável experiência em gerenciamento de projetos e conceitos médios de gerenciamento de programas.
O profissional irá:
Servir de ligação com outras divisões, como Finanças, Contratos, RH, Jurídico, Serviços Compartilhados, Contas a Receber, Compras e Gerenciamento de Risco, em um esforço para garantir o processamento de transações precisas e oportunas. Coletar, inserir, verificar, corrigir e analisar dados para medir os principais indicadores de desempenho em relação aos objetivos de negócios.
Fornecer atualizações à gestão referente à budget e actuals, informando sobre métricas de desvios e oportunidades.
Fornecer à gestão, informações de impacto econômico e issues compliance referente à decisões chave de negócios.
Comunicar as Práticas de Negócios da Oracle à organização e monitorar processos e aprovações para total conformidade. Impulsionar a implementação de novos processos e procedimentos.
Capacidade de coletar, organizar e exibir dados no formato de planilha. Habilidades de acompanhamento necessários para obter informações de internos, de terceiros e corrigir erros e omissões de dados.
Para isso, as habilidades de gerenciamento de relacionamento são fortemente desejadas. Forte capacidade de comunicação escrita e verbal para interagir com clientes.

Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes.
Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.
Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Attention to detail critical. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. For this, relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with management and possible clients desired. 5 plus years relevant work experience.
