What you'll achieve
As a Project/Program Management Analyst, you will assist on various projects with defined deliverables, managing the scope, timeline, budget and quality through the duration of the project.
You will:
. Be responsible for a defined project activity
. Perform project analysis and support senior level Project Managers
. Use a variety of technologies in the support of project/program plans, milestones and deliverables, identifying and escalating issues for resolution as necessary
. Prepare and conduct presentations and communications
. Utilize relevant project management tools, systems and applications to support and drive process improvements

Essential Requirements

This role would be a part of CFS (Customer & Financial Services) Organization, where the support is incumbent to work closely with Program Managers & outside/inside Sales teams supporting Global Customers in Customer Success Org, and deliver operational support and project management services based on the sales data for Dell's customers across the globe.
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application
  • Develop and deliver accurate reports within defined SLAs thresholds
  • Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Work independently with users to define concepts and under direction of project managers

  • 3+ years of work experience supporting business operations
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Knowledge of SharePoint
  • Project management skills / experience
  • Knowledge of MS Outlook (managing mailboxes)
  • Patience and determination to do repetitive work with accuracy & high quality
  • High customer focus and proactive engagement with stakeholders
  • Should possess strong problem solving and researching skills
  • Should be able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
  • Should be a competent in analytical skills
  • Should possess good written & oral communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload
  • Good motivational & decision-making skills
  • Excellent interpersonal & presentation skills
  • Good team player
