What you'll achieve
As a Project/Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of initial plans, setting budgets, supervising project activities and communicating achievements to key stakeholders.
You will:
. Lead a defined project activity or module of a small project
. Define, allocate and monitor appropriate tasks within an area of responsibility
. Identify priorities and resources relative to each initiative, project or program
. Works on assignments where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making choices and recommendations
. Provide direction and guidance to project team, while making recommendations to senior management as necessary

This role would be a part of CFS (Customer Financial Services) Organization, where the support is incumbent to work closely with Program Managers & outside/inside Sales teams to deliver operational support and project management services based on the sales data for Dell's customers across the globe.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application
  • Work independently with users to define concepts and under direction of project managers
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed.
  • Develop and deliver operational solutions through projects and drive with results
  • Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously

  • 3+ years of work experience supporting business operations
  • Experienced in project management and preferably with PMP certification
  • Excellent interpersonal & presentation skills
  • Should possess strong problem solving and researching skills
  • Should be able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
  • Should be a competent analytical skills
  • Should possess good written & oral communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Knowledge of SharePoint
  • Knowledge of MS Outlook (managing mailboxes)
  • Patience and determination to do repetitive work with accuracy & high quality
  • Versed in stakeholder mgmt. and always being proactive in engagements
  • Ability to prioritize workload
  • Good motivational & decision making skills
  • Good team player
