: - Identify and implement employer branding exercises and initiatives
- Build outside relationships with specialty organizations including online, on-campus recruitment activity, and in person
- Develop new candidate streams, including social networking, online recruiting and other new media avenues
Support the recruitment of new staff by placing advertisements with the recruitment agency.
- Write copy for recruitment adverts ensuring they are on-brand and on-message. Negotiate advertising rates with online and offline media
- Handling recruitment assignments including; screening applications, interviewing candidates and screening candidates in order to achieving monthly recruitment target.
- Update and create database of prospective candidates and preparing summary recruitment monthly report
- Initiate the tools to screen the high potential applicants to ensure that the right candidates will be finally selected.

- Bachelors Degree in related fields
- Minimum 2 years experience from related field, preferable in recruitment (search, agency or corporate)
- Knowledge of full life-cycle recruiting process
- Significant commercial recruitment experience gained in insurance industry is an advantage
- Good command in English and computer skills with experienced in MS-Office
