Regional Procurement Manager - Logistics & Warehouse Services

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Regional Procurement Manager to lead the procurement of logistics and warehouse services across the ASEAN region for a leading FMCG company. This role is responsible for developing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, ensuring cost efficiency, and supporting the overall supply chain and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Sourcing & Category Management:
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies specific to logistics (inbound/outbound transportation, freight forwarding, and warehousing across ASEAN.
  • Align sourcing strategies with FMCG supply chain priorities to support product availability, responsiveness, and service level.
  • Conduct spend analysis and identify opportunities for savings, service improvement, and innovation.
  • Supplier Management:
    • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate contracts with logistics and warehousing service providers.
    • Lead regular supplier performance reviews based on KPIs such as cost, quality, delivery, and innovation.
    • Ensure suppliers comply with FMCG regulatory, safety, and operational standards.
  • Cost Optimization & Value Creation:
    • Drive initiatives that reduce logistics and warehousing costs without compromising service levels.
    • Leverage volume consolidation, network design, and alternative sourcing strategies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with regional supply chain, customer service, finance, and commercial teams to align procurement efforts with business needs.
    • Act as the procurement point of contact for logistics and warehousing in cross-functional projects.
  • Risk Management & Compliance:
    • Monitor regional market dynamics, logistics disruptions, and risks.
    • Ensure all contracts and practices comply with legal, regulatory, and company policies.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
    • Minimum 8-10 years of procurement experience in logistics and warehousing, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods.
    • Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship skills.
    • Understanding of ASEAN logistics and warehousing markets.
    • Experience in working in regional or multi-country environments is an advantage.
    • Good command of both Thai and English
