Our client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Regional Sales Manager for the automotive sector. This role is based in the vibrant city of Bangkok, Thailand. What You'll Do

As a Regional Sales Manager in the automotive sector, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our client's operations in Thailand. Your primary responsibility will be to build, develop, and maintain customer relationships within your assigned geographical location. You will be tasked with executing market and sales strategies, ensuring that sales goals are met through effective management of customers. Additionally, you will contribute to developing cross-border business, identifying new business opportunities, and establishing strong customer relationships. Your role will also involve monitoring operational plans, executing effective pricing strategies, understanding value chains, providing excellent customer service, including claim handling, and reporting on business activities.

  • Elaborate and monitor operational plans in line with company objectives
  • Develop tactics for smooth and effective business development
  • Identify new business opportunities within relevant assignments
  • Contribute to developing cross-border business and establishing good customer relationships
  • Ensure projects are in pipeline and monitor individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Execute effective pricing strategies and establish activity plans for key customers
  • Understand value chains and ensure excellent customer service including claim handling
  • Monitor Account Receivable following company guidelines
  • Provide timely and valuable information about the market and customers
  • Periodically report on business activities of relevant assignments

What You Bring

The ideal candidate for the Regional Sales Manager position brings a wealth of experience in sales/marketing/business management along with a minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification. With 2-5 years of relevant working experience under your belt, you have developed a deep understanding of adhesive knowledge and converting management. You are trustworthy with sound character traits that include strong business acumen. Your excellent communication skills make you a strong team player, and your proven sales skills and tactics demonstrate your result-oriented approach. You are self-motivated, ready to take on challenges and drive results.

  • Minimum Bachelor degree majoring in Sales/Marketing/Business Management or equivalent professional qualification
  • 2-5 years of relevant working experience
  • Knowledge of adhesives and experience in Converting Management
  • Trustworthy character with strong business acumen
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • Proven sales skills and tactics
  • Result-oriented approach with self-motivation
