Regional Sales Manager (1 HC) / Area Sales Executive (2HC : HSK4)

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base within the designated region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to
  • understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and reports to senior management and clients as needed.
  • Meet regularly with the sales team to provide guidance, support, and motivation to achieve collective goals.
  • Travel within the region to meet clients, attend industry events, and conduct.

  • 10 years of working experiences in oil and gas, equipment suppliers, drilling industry
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or

related field.

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the pipeline inspection, equipment suppliers, drilling industry or related industry.
  • Strong sales hunter mentality with a passion for exceeding targets and achieving
  • Results and Sales Team management.
  • Excellent English skill in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the designated region.
  • SAP Experiences (or having a growth mindset to learn how to operate it)
