Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist VP of Institutional Sales in team management and developing process improvement strategies.
  • Lead by example in delivering exceptional service and professionalism, coaching and mentoring team members to uphold the highest standards of client engagement and communication within the trading desk team.
  • Monitor and enhance the team's quality of service, mannerism and mindset.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with high net worth (HNW) clients who require personalized digital assets management solutions, understanding their trading goals, preferred trading strategies, and risk tolerance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for HNW trading clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless trading experience.
  • Collaborate with internal trading teams to execute client trades ensuring timely and accurate execution

Other Responsibilities

  • Strategic Client Consultation: Act as the main liaison for clients, thoroughly understanding their objectives. Develop concise and actionable use cases to outline a clear path for success.
  • Best Practices Guidance: Provide expert advice to clients on maximizing the utilization of our products, emphasizing essential features to enhance client engagement and business performance.
  • Ongoing Support and Problem-Solving: Offer continuous support from onboarding to retention, addressing any challenges and ensuring service progress remains on course.
  • HNW Client Adoption and Engagement: Develop strategies to increase HNW client involvement and activity. Assist with trading activities and analyze behavior for optimization opportunities, such as networking events to enhance business opportunities.
  • Feedback and Iteration: Gather and analyze feedback from clients, colleagues, and supervisors. Collaborate with relevant departments to incorporate feedback, enhancing the overall client experience.
  • Build and Nurture Relationships: Foster relationships with HNW clients, Business Partners, and other stakeholders to enhance our service offerings and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes, keeping clients informed and educated about relevant trading opportunities and risks.
  • Sales Support: Supervise the development of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts for our HNW clients.
  • Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies across all activities.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on team performance and developments to VP or CXO.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in priority banking or similar services tailored to the needs of high net worth individuals and corporations.
  • Educational background in finance, banking, hospitality, or related fields, with professional qualifications preferred.
  • Must display fairly high level people management and development skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical mindset
  • Capable to work under pressure with short deadlines
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Task completion and client handling outside normal business hours will be required.
  • Attributes: Exceptional analytical abilities, proactive attitude, outstanding communication skills, integrity, self-motivation, and autonomy
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
