. Safety System Organization: Establishing safety protocols and standards for workplace safety practices.
. Safety Operation Plans for Project Site: Developing and implementing safety action plans for all project sites.
. Promote Safety Awareness in Your Workplace.
. Follow up, control, promote, and advise companies in the business group to operate according to occupational health and safety standards.
. Data Collection, Analysis, and Reporting on Incidents and Recommendations: Compiling statistics, analyzing data, and preparing reports with recommendations for incidents and illnesses.
. Coordinating with internal and external units within the business group to manage Occupational Health and Safety.

:

. Bachelor degree in Occupational health and safety.
. Having experience in safety field.
. Having experience in renewable energy, especially in solar industry would be an advantage.
. Pro-active and responsible, comfortable working autonomously as well as in a team environment.
. Hard working, ability to work independently, flexible and meet deadlines.
. Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
. Knowledge of safety protocols and practices related to renewable energy operations.
. Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems for data analysis and reporting.
