Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Management of the sales support executive for CRP International sales (Couplers, Tools, Parts & Equipment)
  • Coordination of International CRP sales with clients and sales affiliates
  • Improve customer satisfaction and client experience when working with Dextra
  • Monitor & organize Sales Orders processing for Couplers, Tools, Parts & Equipment to ensure Dextra processes are correctly followed
  • Supervise and organize delivery plans with planning and logistics to maximize invoicing and minimize stocks
  • Review orders to ensure prices, payment terms and deliveries are in line with contracts
  • Update monthly sales forecast for couplers in TM1 and Equipment forecast in AX
  • Monitor and issue invoices for the machine rentals
  • Reporting on customer service level and sales compared to forecast
  • Highlight deviations/issues to Management to find rapid solutions
  • Work on continuous improvement (processes, client experience, and ERP)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in international sales support function
  • Good command of spoken & written English
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft - Excel & Word)
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
