The Sales & Marketing Assistant drives growth by supporting key account initiatives, marketing programs, market insights, and data quality. Working closely with Sales, Demand Creation, MarComms, and Sector Marketing teams, this role ensures smooth execution of campaigns, accurate pipeline tracking, and timely support to customer-facing teams. Success requires strong business acumen, analytical thinking, initiative, and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
Our Team
The incumbent will report directly to the Regional Sales & Marketing Leader of Thailand and collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams.
What You Will Do
Account-Based Marketing Support
- Assist in executing and monitoring marketing programs, coordinating on campaign materials.
- Support customer loyalty initiatives, including tracking sales volumes, rewards, and redemptions
Samples Management
- Maintain product sample inventory at the Bangkok office.
- Coordinate sample replenishments and shipments with Guardian plants and regional offices.
BCI Pipeline for Demand Creation
- Extract and categorize project data from BCI to identify high-potential leads
Support for Sales Events
- Manage logistics, prepare materials, track registrations, and provide onsite and post-event support.
Market Research
- Conduct research and compile trade data and Market POVs to support business planning.
Salesforce Data Quality & Pipeline Monitoring
- Assist in monitoring project opportunities and filling pipeline through close coordination with KAMs
Sales Support & Administration for Key Accounts
- Provide ad-hoc support, including meeting prep, documentation, sample tracking, and follow-ups.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Background in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in related field.
- Fluent in Thai and English, both written and spoken
- Tech-savvy, Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs.
