Homelink is the largest cutlery plant in Asia and one of the biggest globally by both capacity and revenue. We service renowned brands in retail and foodservice across the U.S. and Canada including SOLO, Dart, and Jarden, and our products are found in major grocery chains such as Safeway, Kroger, and Walmart. We are also the cutlery supplier for KFC/Pizza Hut and Starbucks in China. Notably, we are a selected partner for IKEA's global sustainable program. Our fully-staffed office and distribution center is located in southern California.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Director Key Account at our Rayong location. The Sales Director will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing key client relationships, developing sales strategies, overseeing sales operations, leading a sales team, and collaborating with business development. The role demands strong customer service skills and the ability to drive growth in key accounts.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Operations
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Team Management and leadership
  • Experience in Business Development
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Rayong
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the cutlery or related industries is a plus
