Job Summary

The sales executive will take the initiative to explore the business opportunities and develop new customers for Thailand market and liaise with the sales teams in Malaysia, Japan & Korea and China as well. The sales executive will report to Sales Leader for SEA. Job Responsibilities

• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling or other resources, networks, etc.
• Follow the leads to plan the customer visit and present the company portfolio including data, services & solutions in Automotive Aftermarket
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Achieve the sales targets and outcomes as agreed within schedule
• Expedite the resolution of customer problem and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Know how to coordinate sales effort with other team members;
• Continuously improve through feedback
• Able to follow the instructions, process and pricing guidance
• Report to Sales Leader-SEA for weekly operations
Job Skills & Qualifications

• Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree, preferably in any automotive related fields;
• Adequate knowledge of the automotive industry or working experience in auto parts market is preferred, but not a must
• 1-2 years Sales experience is required
• Ability to conduct & support marketing research
• Proficiency in MS-Office and excel skills
• Highly motivated and target driven with proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organization skills
• Spoken and written proficiency in both English and Thai language is a must
• Ability to work under pressure through persistence and hardworking
• A good team player and quick learner, able to work under pressure
