- Take responsibility for maximizing the sales to feed mills and its integrators to meet or exceed targets. - Conduct sales presentations and product trials with potential customers. - Establish excellent network with all level of customers to build strong customer relationship while maintaining daily contact. - Monitor the markets and competitors movement to catch up and develop new business opportunities and new customers. - Active response to market change and customer demand. - Work closely with technical team to provide customers technical services. - Act as focal point for all sales, technical and administrative support issue.

Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Animal Science or Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Medicine or related field. - MBA or Master's degree would be an advantage. - Minimum 3 years experience. - Strong organization, negotiation, analytical and problem solving. - Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. - Creative and customer-oriented. - PC literacy in MS office and related programs. - Willing to travel upcountry and abroad and able to drive with a driving license.
