Job Description

As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of our revenue management platform within the independent hotel sector. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage with potential clients, showcase the value of our solution, and secure new partnerships. Your enthusiasm, sales acumen, and ability to forge strong relationships will be instrumental in fueling our growth and expanding our customer base.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify and target independent hotels as potential customers.
  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including online research, networking events, referrals, and industry partnerships.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations and product demonstrations to effectively communicate the benefits and ROI of our revenue management platform.
  • Collaborate closely with our marketing and customer success teams to nurture leads and facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new clients.
  • The candidate will be required to be on the field and actively engage in face-to-face meetings with potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the hospitality industry.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position our solution and differentiate us from competitors.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing directly to the company's growth trajectory.
  • Provide valuable feedback from the field to the product development team, helping shape our platform's features and functionalities.

What You Bring:

  • Fluent in Thai and English Languages both written and spoken forms
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the hospitality or SaaS industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
  • A target-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding goals and driving results.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand clients pain points and tailor solutions to their specific needs.
  • Self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with a knack for developing trust and rapport with clients.
  • Familiarity with revenue management or hotel operations is a plus, but not mandatory.
