Job Description


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with GM, understand company strategy and set sales plan to the goals.
  • Maintain budgets and optimize expenses of the sales team.
  • Implement sales management policies.
  • Coordinate with GM, assisting recruitment, training, development and assessment process of the salesmen.
  • Ensure salesmen are motivated and work productively.
  • Evaluate and improve sales team performance.
  • Keep GM constantly updated and prepare regular reports for upper managements.


Key Requirements:

  • Male, Age not over 48 years old.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar executive role, within plastic pipe market.
  • Profound building material knowledge, excellent sales skills, and perfect understanding on the local plastic pipe market.
  • Experience in sales planning and budgeting
  • Knowledge of sales process and functions
  • Strong market analytical ability
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent English communication
  • Leadership skills
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Working experience in PP-R pipe market.
