Job Description

  • Drive business strategy planning with Global Business (GBs), including acquisitions and pre-selling activities to ensure sustainable BBM market growth.

  • Manage and strengthen customer relationships across Divisions and Regions, including effective man-mapping with Honda.

  • Ensure alignment of all customer-related activities.

  • Act as the customer's main window for general and non-project-specific requirements.

  • Lead innovation management by coordinating with customers on future trends and emerging opportunities at a regional level.

  • Organize and execute customer-specific innovation events, such as technology shows and senior management meetings.

  • Take leadership in cross-Divisional initiatives and cross-selling opportunities, ensuring a unified one voice approach to the customer.

  • Manage contract negotiations (e.g., MPA, NDA, and specific agreements) and oversee compensation claim management.

  • Demonstrate a strong passion for ASEAN market growth, providing full support to GBs and contributing to long-term regional success.

Educational Foundation

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, with the ability to bridge strategy, innovation, and execution.

Core Competencies

  • Strong customer orientation, paired with excellent communication and coordination skills.

  • Proven leadership experience, capable of guiding GBs, motivating teams, and delivering measurable results.

  • Skilled in business negotiations with JOEMs, with solid exposure to Japanese business culture.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive business growth, secure sales, and build long-term partnerships with both customers and external stakeholders.

Language Proficiency

  • English: Business level (TOEIC 800+ or equivalent).

  • Japanese: JLPT N2+ or equivalent level.
