What you'll achieve
As a Sales Planning and Strategy Consultant, you will analyze and recommend strategic priorities, salesforce performance metrics and sales effectiveness tracking methods in order to maintain and improve the company's competitive advantage in the market.
You will:
  • Engage with Geo Sales leaders, Business Unit leaders, other key business partners and global teams to ensure the coordination, organization, and deployment of the required trainings for sales teams.
  • Diagnose and calibrate with stakeholders to define development needs and to provide customized enablement solution.Drive business alignment Create innovative and proficient learning experiences for employees.
  • Responsible for the Sales Enablement delivery (not limited to) New Hire Onboarding, Solution Training, Selling Skills for core sales team.
  • Fully understand IT infrastructure end-to-end solution selling business, be able to effectively collect and plan training needs according to organizational strategic planning and business status and establish an effective and business closed-loop enablement eco-system.
  • Leveraging appropriate cross-functional resources/teams to support business processes & key initiatives..Key enablement programs development and implantation.

Essential Requirements:
  • More than 10 years of sales or enablement experience at IT industry, MBA preferred.
  • Strong enablement project planning and management skills, sales enablement experience in Large Enterprise is preferred.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with complex learning project-based experience.Highly self-motivated and excellent teamwork spirit.
  • Presentation skills, Strong interpersonal skills, Diagnostic skills.Outstanding communication skill with various types of stakeholders.
  • Fluent verbal and good written English communication skills.

Desirable Requirements
