Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential restaurant partners within assigned territories
  • Initiate contact with decision-makers at restaurants to introduce our foodpandaplatform and its benefits
  • Present compelling proposals outlining the advantages of joining our platform, addressing the unique needs of each restaurant
  • Sign partnership agreement between foodpanda and restaurant in Thailand
  • Establish and maintain strong, positive relationships with key restaurant contacts
  • Collaborate with restaurant owners, to understand their menu, operations, and preferences
  • Act as the main point of contact for restaurants during the onboarding process
  • Guide restaurant partners through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition onto our platform
  • Provide support to restaurants on using our platform, including menu management and order fulfillment
  • Monitor and analyze restaurant performance on the platform, identifying areas forimprovement and growth
  • Responsible for revenue growth of new restaurants in the first month afteronboarding
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve any issues raised byrestaurant partners
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics
  • Provide feedback to the management team regarding market conditions andpotential opportunities for improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food or technology industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Familiarity with the local food service industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of CRM system is a plus
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territories
