SAP WM/eWM Lead

Job Description

• Assist in defining and reviewing the functional requirements for the application specifically the gaps that will be filled through customizations.

• Design individual functional processes and development components as per the requirements

• Confirm the completeness and consistency of the design deliverables.

• Resolve any inconsistencies discovered.

• Conduct packaged software training for end clients during conference room pilot demo or user training.

• Participate in transitioning the designs to the technical designers developers in the team and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the designs.

• Provide functional guidance to the development and testing team members for the work units.

• Participate in quality reviews to ensure traceability of the end outcome deliverable to the requirements.

• Participate in the knowledge transition of the functional designs to the technical designers.

Qualifications:

• With minimum of 5 years WM/EWM functional support experience

• At least two 3 years of S4 HANA EWM configuration experience

• Skillful in configuration and solution design of process strategies, PPF, and warehouse structures

• Have experience in SAP Mobile Technologies using ITS mobile

• Must have cross functional experience with the following module: SD/MM/WM/PP

• Experience in SAP the following EWM functionalities: Inbound Process, Outbound Process, Internal Process, VAS, Quality Inspections, Wave Management, Physical Inventory, Posting Changes

• Experience in Master Data Creation: Product Master, Packaging Specifications, Storage bins and the like Designs, configures, and tests system based on business requirements and user specifications

• Develops customize programs required by end-users

• With strong knowledge in system integration between SAP ERP and Sap EWM

• Interfaces with users regarding requirement definition and verification, problem determination, analysis, resolution, and other day to day systems issues

• Controls and maintains customized reports and add-on programs

• Conducts knowledge transfer sessions to end-users systems operation and procedures and system technical applications to other members of the department

• Strong analytical skills including the ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms

• Optimizes / improves on current system set-up through continuous research and testing activities

• Creates, maintains and updates EWM system documentation and logs reportable events and problems Performs other tasks assign

• Proficient in English communication (verbal & written)

• Willing to relocate or work in Semarang (hybrid)
