SCADA Project Manager

Role Summary

The Project Manager – Software & Industrial System Implementation will lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise software and industrial/OT implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration between enterprise systems and manufacturing/shopfloor environments. The role is responsible for project planning, vendor coordination, machine connectivity, system integration, testing, deployment, governance, and operational stabilization while ensuring scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in software implementation and industrial/OT system integration. The role requires managing enterprise and manufacturing technology projects involving ERP, MES, SCADA, CRM, analytics, and machine connectivity initiatives while ensuring delivery excellence, stakeholder alignment, and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software and industrial system implementation projects

• Manage project planning, scope, timelines, budget, and risks

• Drive machine connectivity and data integration initiatives

• Oversee ERP, MES, SCADA, CRM, analytics, and OT integrations

• Coordinate vendors, system integrators, and external partners

• Manage testing, deployment, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities

• Maintain governance reporting, RAID logs, and stakeholder communication

• Ensure cybersecurity, compliance, and scalable system architecture

Qualifications

• 7–12+ years of project management experience

• Strong experience in software implementation and industrial/OT integration

• Experience delivering ERP, MES, SCADA, CRM, WMS, analytics, or automation projects

• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, APIs, system integration, and release management

• Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and communication management skills
