Lazada ISC & China brand Seller Business Development & Engagement Manager
1Develop and implement growth strategies for Chinese brands and sellers on the Lazada platform, focusing on increasing seller engagement and performance.
2Establish and maintain strong partnerships with Chinese brands and sellers, understanding their needs and providing tailored market solutions.
3Coordinate internal resources to ensure smooth seller operations on the platform, optimizing seller experience, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
4Oversee training and guidance for Chinese sellers to enhance their competitiveness and market share in the Thai market.
5Analyze data to monitor business performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve business objectives.
Job Requirements
1Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with a preference for e-commerce industry experience.
2At least 5 years of relevant work experience, with a strong understanding of the Chinese brand and seller market, and a preference for experience in the Thai market.
3Fluent in Chinese, with excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with sellers of Chinese background.
4Strong team collaboration and management abilities to lead a team and drive business growth.
5Possess local client resources in Thailand, enabling rapid establishment and expansion of business networks.
