We're looking for a visionary Senior 3D Artist who sits at the intersection of traditional artistry and cutting-edge technology. You'll own end-to-end 3D production using Blender, Cinema 4D, and Unreal Engine — while actively integrating Generative AI tools to push visual quality and production speed.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End 3D Production: High-quality modeling, texturing, lighting, and animation across Blender and Cinema 4D
- Real-time Excellence: Technical setup and cinematic rendering in Unreal Engine — Blueprinting, Material styling, Sequencer management
- AI Pipeline Integration: Implement tools like Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or Magnific for rapid prototyping, texture generation, and upscaling
- Look Development: Lead visual direction — seamless transition from 2D AI-generated concepts to polished 3D assets
- R&D: Research and implement new AI plugins and scripts to automate repetitive tasks and enhance visual fidelity
- Mentorship: Guide junior artists through multi-software pipelines and ethical AI usage
Requirements
Core Stack (The Trinity — all three required):
- Blender: Expert in poly-modeling, sculpting, and Geometry Nodes
- Cinema 4D: Advanced Mograph + Redshift/Octane integration
- Unreal Engine: Lighting, environment building, and real-time rendering
Generative AI Proficiency:
- Texture Generation (seamless tiling, PBR maps)
- Concepting/Storyboarding with AI to accelerate client approvals
- AI Upscaling and Neural Rendering techniques
Additional Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional 3D production experience (Agency, Gaming, or Post-Production)
- Proven interoperability across DCCs and Game Engines (FBX, USD, Alembic workflows)
- Strong communication — able to explain complex pipelines to non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating range across commercial, motion, or cinematic 3D work
