Configuration Services Engagement Manager
The Engagement Manager, End User Computing (EUC) Deployment Services, is a delivery resource with Pre-Sales and Demand Generation expertise in a broad range of EUC technologies and offerings. These include Configuration Services, Managed Deployment Services with high level knowledge on Windows 10, endpoint management (e.g. SCCM, Microsoft Intune Autopilot, VMWare Workspace One), client application packaging and management, desktop deployment process optimisation, automation and endpoint cybersecurity.This role requires a thorough understanding of all EUC offers and how they tie together at a high level as well as strong communication skills.

What you'll achieve
As a Configuration Services Engagement Manager , you will supervise the entire project life cycle from initiation to completion to maintain customer fulfillment, mediating between internal team members and external parties while ensuring the project delivery is completed in the most efficient way.
You will:

  • The EUC Deployment Services Engagement Manager will require a high degree of self-motivation, and must be able to work both independently, as a leader and as a team member when engaged on a project

  • Candidates should be able to assume leadership on engagements in a project delivery context as well as leadership of internal virtual teams and work without direct supervision, interfacing with customer IT and business-function leaders in a customer context whilst also engaging internally across the Region

  • To understand EUC deployment services portfolio and able to provide solution as per customer requirement and what custom services can be added as applicable

  • Primary point of contact for the Services Sales and Core sales to assist in the navigation of the EUC Portfolio of services

  • Should be able to easily explain to a customer how these services can fit their IT need and the benefits they gain

  • Deliver training/presentation on solutions and provide CS advise to customers, channel partners and internal stakeholders

  • Able to understand business drivers

  • Builds productive relationships internally and externally

  • To understand and demonstrate good knowledge of tools required for project delivery and able to estimate the cost of EUC Portfolio of services

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 7-10 Years Consulting or Pre-Sales Experience

  • Recommended 12 Years Project Delivery Experience

  • Proven track record of IT consulting delivery

  • Demonstrable executive communication skills

  • Demonstrable business and financial acumen

  • PMP Certified

  • ITIL Foundation Certified

  • Able to support South Asia business hours

Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
