The Grab People Operations (Pops) team is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about people and interested in engaging with some of the best minds from around the world. Get to know about the role:
This is an exciting role within the Talent Acquisition function. As a recruiter with our team, you'll be responsible for hiring technical talent to drive the rapid growth of Grab and delivering high quality partnership and consultation with the Tech Functions of Grab in Singapore and the Southeast Asia region. We're interested in people who are strategic, data driven, and looking for ownership in how we shape our Talent Acquisition philosophy.
The Core Objectives:

  • Oversee and manage full-cycle tech recruiting at Grab

  • Effectively adopt our ATS to streamline the hiring process

  • Source, engage and nurture relationships with top talent

  • Drive decisions within the hiring committee and offer valuable insights

  • Actively engage and contribute to the Employer branding activities on the local market

  • Design and own a positive and empowering candidate experience

  • Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition and People Operations in Singapore and the US

The must haves:

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house recruiting

  • 2+ years of experience formulating and successfully negotiating offers

  • Experience sourcing candidates across a range of roles

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

The nice-to-haves:

  • Technical recruiting experience (software engineering)

  • Experience working with Workday as an ATS
