Job Description

  • Localize and deploy global brand strategy: Define and execute a comprehensive global brand strategy based on country background that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and brand positioning.
  • Brand positioning and messaging: Craft compelling brand positioning and messaging that effectively communicates the unique value proposition of the company's functional drink products to target consumers worldwide.
  • Market analysis and insights: Conduct thorough market research, analyze consumer insights, and monitor industry trends to identify market opportunities and develop strategies to stay ahead of competitors.
  • Regional marketing campaigns: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns via local agency that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales across various channels and geographies i.e. online, offline and O2O campaign.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, Brand & innovation, local clients, and agencies to ensure alignment and successful execution of brand initiatives.
  • Brand guidelines and consistency: Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency in brand messaging, visuals, and customer experience across all touchpoints globally.
  • Budget management: Manage the brand budget effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and track the return on investment for marketing initiatives.
  • Performance measurement and reporting: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of brand initiatives and regularly report on performance to senior management.
  • Stakeholder management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies, partners, and influencers, to support brand growth and collaboration opportunities.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in the food and beverage industry or consumer packaged goods sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful global brand strategies that drive business growth.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels and geographies with the ability to work across diverse markets and regions.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional English communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in using market research tools, brand management software, and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
