Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and investigate business/people issues and trends
  • Perform organizational analytical to identify pain points and solutions
  • Deliver HR solutions in line with business needs including any required changes and ensures client complies
  • Focus on consultative support and HR solution delivery to line managers and executives
  • Challenge human working res in order to ensure aligned and integrated people strategy and people management
  • Ensure effective execution of HR policies and processes in their business and comply with legislation and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in related field
  • 3-5 years experience in HR and/or organization development preferably in an international environment, company with diversified businesses and/or consulting firm
  • Clear end-to-end understanding of HR processes, policies and case management
  • Hands-on experience or interested in setting up a new business, M&A and/or transformation
  • Good business partnering with people analytical and solution foresight skill
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous business situations
  • Strong interpersonal communication, persuasion and creative problem-solving skill
  • Solid in developing solutions based on facts/data
  • Able to work at Rayong province
