Senior Partner Management Advisor

What you’ll achieve
As a [Senior Partner Management Advisor], you will be responsible for partner performance and partner relationship management regionally as part of the multivendor support services (MVS) Partner Management team for China / Greater China / Hong Kong. You will work with cross-function.
You will:
Partner excellence program
  • Manage strategic partner relationships, including the drive of regular performance and business reviews (Quarterly Business Reviews, operational meetings).
  • Be the single point of alignment between the rest of the Global Partner management team and the business stakeholders, ensuring business requirements are met while remaining as consistent as possible with the global partner governance model.

Partner Landscape management
  • Liaise with other relevant lines of business as needed for new partner sourcing and to leverage opportunities to expand a partner scope.
  • Work in cooperation with the other regions on global / Asia wide MVS opportunities as needed.
  • Responsible to support the partner landscape strategy. Hold the business accountable for partner utilization, off-board partners from MVS landscape when appropriate.
  • Point of contact for all second level / systemic partner escalations.
  • Identifies training needs and requirements for partners, and work with global programs support and training manager to lead and manage delivery of requirements.
  • Support Partner Audit process at on-boarding stage & ongoing.

MVS Program support
  • Support the global MVS program and look at the end to end view of the business to ensure that all areas are covered (Costing, Training, Forecasts, SKU/Dispatch Type management, Testing etc).
  • Works with global core teams to understand the evolution of the program and converts requirements into a functional plan.
  • Manage any programs and initiatives to address business opportunities through to delivery.
  • Use analysis skills to identify business improvement areas and manage any initiatives through to delivery.
  • Interlock with cross functional teams as needed.
  • Support end to end governance implementation with all approved program expansion requests.
  • Align with the global model and ensure partner operations teams follow a standard operational deployment, post sustaining phase, after approval.
  • Provide leadership around and implement the appropriate level of control for each deliverable by partnering with key management stakeholders (internal and external).

Partner Financials & Commercials
  • Work with General Procurement to obtain competitive pricing from partners and target cost reduction initiatives as appropriate.
  • Understand SKU development, what is been sold and the impact to our P&L, and margin.
  • Lead with General Procurement and partake in all partner RFP / RFI to ensure compliance
