Job Overview

As a Senior Performance Marketing Executive, you will be instrumental in developing and executing our paid marketing strategies across all communication channels to drive growth and enhance our online presence in the realms of crypto, blockchain, and Web 3.0 industries. With hands-on experience in advertising operations, tools, and affiliate marketing, you will manage effective online marketing campaigns, leveraging SEO, Google Ads, and social media advertising to achieve target conversion rates, ROAS, revenue goals, and KPIs. This role is for someone passionate about digital marketing, skilled in optimizing campaigns, and adept at working collaboratively with influencers, agencies, and partners to elevate our brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute paid marketing strategies for products across all communication channels, ensuring alignment with the company's goals.
  • Work closely with the product marketing and content team member, and creative team to ensure that messaging, branding, and creative elements are optimized for performance across all marketing campaigns.
  • Devise and continuously optimize online marketing campaigns through A/B testing and experiments across all digital channels, aiming to maximize conversion and impactful results while identifying high-performing initiatives for scalability.
  • Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, Google Ads, social media ads, Apple Search Ad, employing advanced tools and techniques for performance tracking and optimization.
  • Monitor paid media campaigns, analyzing all traffic, conversion, and optimization efforts to meet or exceed target conversion rates, ROAS, revenue goals, and KPIs.
  • Manage and allocate budgets for both production and media efficiently to achieve KPIs effectively while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing the outcomes against set goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Coordinate with agencies and other external parties on performance marketing initiatives to ensure that KPIs are met and campaigns are cost-effective.
  • Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to inform strategy and tactics.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to enhance marketing strategies and campaign outcomes, voice innovative ideas, and uphold a high standard of excellence in all duties, avoiding complacency.


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, including direct experience with paid media campaigns and affiliate marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, Google Ads, social media advertising platforms, and affiliate marketing networks.
  • Intermediate knowledge of budget planning, performance tracking, analysis, optimization, and reporting for multiple campaigns and channels.
  • Genuine interest in market and industry-specific digital and social media trends, content trends, and general marketing practices for global, regional, and local markets
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and optimize successful paid marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data and using insights to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with influencers, agencies, and cross-functional teams.
