Your Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Drive achievement of sales, market share, and performance targets across assigned territories
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Representatives to build strong commercial and scientific capabilities
- Define and execute strategic plans across specialty hospital accounts (public and private)
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including clinicians, hospital decision-makers, and KOLs
- Lead preparation and successful execution of product launches and portfolio growth initiatives
- Provide strong scientific and commercial guidance to support high-quality customer engagement
- Strengthen team effectiveness through structured coaching, performance management, and capability development
- Monitor market dynamics, competitor activity, and customer insights to continuously refine strategies
- Partner cross-functionally to align on business priorities and deliver sustainable results
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and reporting standards
Essential Requirements
What you'll bring to the role:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Sales Manager in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong experience in specialty care, ideally in oncology, hematology, or rheumatology
- Proven track record in managing hospital-focused portfolios and teams
- Demonstrated success in delivering results and building high-performing teams
- Strong coaching and leadership capability, with a focus on developing talent and driving performance
- High level of ambition and growth mindset, with potential for broader leadership roles
- Strong strategic thinking and execution discipline
- Excellent scientific communication skills and ability to engage credibly with clinical stakeholders
- Ability to lead with clarity, structure, and influence across diverse teams and geographies
