Senior Sales MIS and Data Analytics Officer

Job Description



Key Responsibilities:

  • Gathers requirements from all levels end-users to design and develop MIS reports, sales performance and related dashboard to management, sales team, and related parties.
  • Responsible for all data collection, preparation from both structured and unstructured data, data cleansing and validate data accuracy from various data sources to support management, sales strategy team, and sales team nationwide.
  • Manage internal database for all sales data, and work closely with HR to update sales team list for KPI performance monitoring, campaign and incentive payment.
  • Collaborate with IT Solutions and vendors to resolve data issues.
  • Perform data analysis and data mining both periodic and ad-hoc leveraging business intelligence tools such as Spreadsheet, COGNOS, Tableau, and Salesforce.
  • Manage projects and support UAT for data related projects of sales and distribution division.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned from sales management.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (MIS, Statistic, or or related fields).
  • At least 4 years of working experience in MIS data management, data analysis or related positions.
  • Strong knowledge of data management & analytics concepts.
  • Knowledge in data management tools such as Oracle, SQL Server, Tableau, SAS, Cloudera, Cognos, Salesforce.
  • Advance computer Skill in MS. Offices (Especially Advance Excel)
  • Strong foundation in data query/manipulation using SQL.
  • Able to conduct business reporting and data visualization.
  • Proficient with a data analytic tools preferably Tableau.
  • Negotiable Skill and Quick Problem Solving.
  • Good command in English
