Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and develop sales tools application. (Salesforce, iApprove, iAppraisal, iChange)
  • Coordinate and collaborate with related parties to develop sales tools projects
  • Prepare and collect business requirement on each project.
  • Drive system and project development with a team and design Test Cases and UAT. Provide training, communication and support system implementation
  • Create and manage UAM and UAT on sales applications
  • Support and provide sales user with information and handle the issues/problems
  • Define, monitor and analyze metrics for launched projects and collect feedback, analyze and provide recommendation for further development
  • Application coordinator and usage performance monitoring
  • Other projects as assigned

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Administration, IT or related area.
  • 2-3 years of working experience in sales, marketing, banking or related area / 2 years of direct working experience in sales or distribution management is preferable
  • Having salesforce system experience is a plus
  • Automotive industry knowledge
  • Computer literacy: MS Office
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills
  • Good analytical and problem solving skill
  • Good command in English both written and spoken
