We are seeking a strategic and analytical leader to oversee and drive initiatives across Shopee's Fulfillment and Outright business models. This role is central to shaping operational strategies, improving efficiency, and creating data-driven plans that align with broader business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce or operations strategy, a proven track record of cross-functional execution, and the ability to deliver insights and recommendations to senior leadership through clear and impactful presentations.
Job Description
- Develop and drive strategic initiatives for Outright model to improve seller experience, operational efficiency, and business growth.
- Own the end-to-end strategic planning process for fulfillment and outright, including seller acquisition strategies, model expansion, and supply chain collaboration.
- Conduct deep-dive analytics to identify key issues, risks, and opportunities; develop business cases to support decision-making.
- Create high-quality decks and reporting materials for internal stakeholders and senior management to influence decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, commercial, marketing, and warehouse operations to ensure strategy alignment and execution.
- Act as the key point of contact for complex seller project needs such as seasonal campaigns, pre-orders, and capacity planning.
- Monitor performance metrics, drive process improvements, and propose strategic solutions backed by data and analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's Degree or MBA is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business strategy, operations strategy, management consulting, or a similar analytical role within e-commerce, logistics, or tech.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills; capable of developing decks for senior and C-level stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing skills, and cross-functional leadership experience.
- High level of initiative, structured thinking, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and Thai (spoken and written)
